2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using any My Express Handyman service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

My Express Handyman reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use My Express Handyman services, submit a service request, or opt in to any SMS messaging program.

By using our services or opting in to receive SMS communications, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

My Express Handyman does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover that a person under 18 has submitted personal information, we will delete it immediately.

4. SERVICES

My Express Handyman (CONINMAQ LLC) provides the following services in Florida:

  • Home Services: Kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, flooring (tile, vinyl, wood), doors & windows, general repairs and maintenance
  • Commercial Services: Renovations, tenant build-outs, design-build, office & retail spaces
  • Industrial Services: Hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, corporate offices

All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by My Express Handyman before they are considered scheduled or booked.

Estimates and quotes do not constitute a binding contract until a signed agreement is executed by both parties.

5. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING POLICY — A2P 10DLC

My Express Handyman (CONINMAQ LLC) operates an SMS messaging program registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) under the A2P 10DLC framework.

5.1 SMS USE CASES

Transactional / Service Messages (service opt-in):

  • Quote confirmations and service estimates
  • Appointment scheduling confirmations and reminders
  • Technician dispatch notifications and ETA alerts
  • Job status updates and completion notices
  • Customer support responses

Promotional Messages (separate opt-in required):

  • Seasonal promotions and service discounts
  • Referral program offers
  • New service announcements

5.2 MESSAGE FREQUENCY

  • Transactional: Up to 5 messages per service event
  • Promotional: Up to 4 messages per month
  • Message frequency varies based on service activity

5.3 MESSAGE & DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. My Express Handyman does not charge separately for SMS communications.

5.4 OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

You may stop receiving SMS at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any message — you will receive one final confirmation, then no further messages will be sent.

5.6 CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and is outside My Express Handyman’s control.

5.7 MOBILE INFO SHARING

SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers will NOT be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data is shared only with our SMS platform provider under strict confidentiality, solely to operate the messaging program.

5.8 AGE RESTRICTION FOR SMS

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to any My Express Handyman SMS program. By opting in, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

5.9 CONSENT NOT REQUIRED

SMS opt-in is never required to request a quote, schedule a service, or receive any My Express Handyman service.
