This is optional and separate consent. Frequency: up to 4 messages per month. Msg & Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.”
Neither checkbox is pre-selected. Neither is required to submit the form. SMS consent is NEVER required as a condition of receiving a quote or any service.
(b) Verbal Consent
When scheduling by phone, our team reads a verbal consent script and documents the client’s agreement before proceeding.
(c) Written / Paper Form
Clients may provide written consent on a signed service agreement at the time of booking. Signed forms are retained for a minimum of 4 years.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Promotional:
